I’ve done a lot of curriculum-choice videos over the years, and this page puts the programs we actually used for math, science, Bible, history and extras all in one place. With four kids, a lot of these are video-based, and that’s on purpose. It takes so much off my plate.
Ron Paul Curriculum
Ron Paul Curriculum: They have some awesome courses that just aren’t taught in public school, like personal finance, economics and starting your own business. One of the main pushes is for your child to become a self-taught, self-led learner, and with four kids I’m all about that.

Math-U-See
Math-U-See: For math we’ve always stuck with Math-U-See. I said in my review it might be the best math curriculum out there, and if you’ve got a hands-on, kinesthetic learner it’s going to be great for them. You can get the DVD pack or the set with online video streaming.

Science Shepherd
Science Shepherd: I called it “the holy grail of science curriculums.” My son is a huge science nerd and is just eating it up, and it comes from a biblical perspective. It’s video-based, and we’ve used the Introductory, Astronomy, Physical Science and Life Science courses.

BJU Press Homeschool (video courses)
BJU Press Homeschool (video courses): My daughter used the BJU Press video lessons in 2nd grade and kept going with their history in 3rd. It took a lot off my plate. She likes it, I like it, and the teacher is really sweet.
