In a short clip from it, Brett talks about thinking homeschool kids were weird when she was a kid, and admits she definitely was too. But she’s so glad she isn’t like a lot of kids today. Homeschooling gave her the flexibility to do everything she was interested in, including an entire acting career. That’s a huge perk for our family too: kids get so much time back in their childhood. Here’s my quick take on that clip.

Socialization is always brought to question. My daughter socialized with all ages, all kinds of different people from very different walks of life. In school, it's only with people their own age. How is that considered superior socialization?
I homeschooled my kid and am SO glad she's not like them.
